To look beautiful, you need to be feeling fresh. For this, the most important is to get good sleep at night. During the sleep, the body is regenerated at different times of the night. Therefore getting enough sleep at night is essential. If you don’t sleep well, you are interrupting the process to maintain your overall health. If you sleep less, you can see the bags under your eyes and glow is reduced on the skin. To aim your beauty regimen, you should aim to get continuous sleep about 8 to 10 hours each night.
I feel safe and secure, knowing the greater wisdom of the Universe (Spirit, God, Higher Power) is always there to listen, comfort, guide, teach, and heal me through meditation and prayer.
No matter what the obstacles are that you have hurdled in your past and no matter what obstacles lay ahead, there is always room for growth and success. It’s never too early to make a change that optimizes your health and well-being! I still have a long way to go, but I attribute much of my past success to my dedication to exercise and improved health. Life is a lot easier when you are not worrying about poor health and self-image!

Love is not infatuation that infects you in one go. It is a chemistry that comes into play-something very difficult to define. Makeup: I like to look as good as I can just like the next woman. But I’d be lying if I said that i never left the house or spent a day without makeup. In fact, I try to enjoy 1 or 2 days per week without it if at all possible. I don’t go to work without my “war paint,” but perhaps I need to – especially if I am working with someone with beauty and body image issues, just to be a good role model.
Finding time to get fit can be difficult. A real check of priorities will show you that a high quality of life should be near the top, and we cannot have that without a healthy body. When you compare the other things in life that you make time for (television, computer games, etc), fitness should be taking a front seat.
Here is a scientific fact: Most of the cells in your body die and are replaced fairly frequently. These cells grow according to what you place in your body and what nutrients they are given or deprived of. If you begin a healthy lifestyle now, the potential for fast bodily change is very real, but you must be aware that this is possible, otherwise you are going to fall back onto the old limiting belief of “losing weight is hard”.
However, what most people do not realize is that many experts are starting to see diet has having a dramatically greater effect on weight than exercise. The reason: primarily because it takes so much exercise to burn energy (calories) whereas you can consume a large number of calories (not to mention the wrong kinds of calories like fatty foods) in a short period of time.
